• Range: 50 mm to 300 mm (typical)
• Supports push-only or push-pull motion
• Adjusted to match actuator and mechanical linkage travel
Shaft Core & Conduit
• Core types: braided steel / flat wire / carbon core
• Conduit materials: PVC (standard), nylon (heat-resistant),
long-lay steel braid
• Clearance tuning: between core OD and conduit ID, based on force
requirement
Outer Diameter & Bending Radius
• From 7 mm to 15 mm depending on load and layout
• Min. bending radius as low as 40 mm for compact routing
End Fittings
